Description / JNC BM absolute Filter cartridge

JNC's BM Absolute rated Bicomponent filter cartridges. patented polypropylene bicomponent fiber matrix offers a remarkable fiber-to-fiber thermal bonding construction. With progressively finer fiber diameters from the outer to the inner layers, it creates a stable pore structure and an optimal fiber porosity gradient. Experience the perfect blend of technology and performance for superior filtration results.




  1. The ES fibers uniquely developed and patented by JNC are used, and the fiber-to-fiber bond at each contact point featuring integral rigid thermally bonded construction enables consistent filtration and eliminates pore size variability and media migration.
  2. The density graded construction provides long service life.
  3. The simple but clean and rigid structure utilizing state-of-the-art fiber technology allows for longer service life and higher throughputs.
  4. A rigid filter structure of fused PP-Bi Component fibers in a three dimensional network with a high tolerance for differential pressure is achieved.
  5. The diameter of the structural fibers is changed for every grade, and the grades are clearly differentiated from a nominal filtration size of 1μm to 200μm.
  6. FDA approved materials are used, enabling clean filtration.
